Welcome to the Vendor Registration page for the upcoming Gulf Coast Fungi Festival. We're thrilled you're interested in showcasing your unique mushroom-related products and services at our yearly gathering of mycology enthusiasts!

As a vendor, you'll gain unrivalled exposure to a highly targeted audience of fungi enthusiasts, nature lovers, professional mycologists, culinary professionals, and hobby growers.

Product categories are broad and include fresh mushrooms, mushroom growing kits, mycological art and crafts, culinary goods, scientific supplies, educational materials, and more! If it's related to the fascinating world of fungi, we're interested!

As a registered vendor, you will receive:

  • A designated 12' x 12' booth space for the duration of the festival.

  • 2 weekend passes for the festival

  • 1 campsite that can accommodate two tents and 4 people. Please note: This does not apply to the No power or Camping option available to vendors. 

  • 1 parking pass

  • A profile on our website, featuring your logo, a description of your products or services, and a link to your website.

  • Promotion of your brand through our festival's social media channels.

After you register, please complete the vendor agreement form so that we can better understand your business and the services/products you provide. This form must be completed to finalize your registration. We will use the information from this form to share on our website and official social media accounts, helping to spread awareness of your business far and wide! Please note that vendor setup is from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on Friday, October 20th and 8:00 to 10:00 AM on Saturday October 21st. Vehicles are not allowed at your booth during festival hours. Vendor breakdown will take place on Sunday October 22nd at 12:00 PM and must be completed by 2:00 PM. If you need any help setting up or taking down, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We look forward to having you on board and hope you have a great time at the festival!

Note: Vender spaces are limited, so please register early to secure your spot. All venders are required to comply with the festival's terms and conditions, as well as all local and state regulations.
