Helpful tips

  2. Festival Schedule: Check the festival schedule to plan your days accordingly. Make note of the performance lineup, workshops, and other activities or attractions that interest you. Stay updated on any schedule changes or additions.

  3. Weather Preparedness: Pack appropriate clothing and gear to stay comfortable in varying weather conditions. Check the weather forecast and be prepared for sun, rain, or fluctuations in temperature.

  4. Food and Refreshments: While food and beverages will be available for purchase, consider bringing snacks and a refillable water bottle to keep yourself nourished and hydrated throughout the festival.

General Festival Rules

  1. Respectful Behavior: Treat all festival attendees, staff, and performers with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  2. Wristbands: All festival attendees must wear their designated wristbands at all times. Wristbands are non-transferable, and anyone found without a valid wristband may be asked to leave the festival grounds.

  3. Alcohol and Substance Use: Alcohol will not be sold at the festival, but you may bring your own. The festival adheres to local laws regarding alcohol and substance use. Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds.

  4. Glass Containers: For safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed within the festival grounds. Please transfer any beverages or food into plastic or aluminum containers.

  5. Weapons and Dangerous Items: The possession of weapons, fireworks, explosives, or any other dangerous items is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds. Any violators will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  6. Lost and Found: A designated Lost and Found area will be available for lost items. If you find any lost items, please turn them in to the festival staff.

  7. First Aid and Medical Emergencies: In case of medical emergencies, immediately notify festival staff or security personnel. First aid stations will be available on-site to provide necessary medical assistance.

  8. Photography and Videography: Personal photography and non-commercial video recording are allowed for personal use. However, professional cameras, drones, and commercial filming require prior authorization from festival organizers.

  9. Environmental Consciousness: Help us maintain a clean and eco-friendly environment by properly disposing of trash and using designated recycling bins. Follow any specific guidelines related to waste management provided by festival organizers.

  10. No Pets Allowed: With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed within the festival grounds. Please make arrangements for your pets to be cared for outside the festival area.

Camping Rules

  1. Camping Ticket Limitations: Each camping ticket is valid for 2 tents and a maximum of 4 people. Please ensure that you adhere to these limitations when setting up your campsite.

  2. Parking: Parking will not be allowed at the campsite area. However, a designated parking area will be available nearby and accessible throughout the festival. Please follow the directions provided by event staff and park your vehicles in the designated parking area.

  3. Fire Safety: Individual fires are not allowed at campsites for safety reasons. There will be designated community fires available for everyone to enjoy. These community fires will provide a central gathering point for campers to socialize and stay warm. Please exercise caution around community fires. Do not leave fires unattended, and ensure that any flames or embers are fully extinguished before leaving the area. Follow the instructions provided by the event staff regarding fire safety.

  4. Swimming in the Lake: You are welcome to swim in the large spring-fed lake during the event. However, please be mindful of your own safety and the safety of others. Follow any posted signs or guidelines related to swimming and water activities.

  5. Paddle Boards: If you wish to bring paddle boards, you are permitted to do so. Enjoy exploring the lake and engage in paddle boarding activities responsibly. Please be considerate of other lake users and follow any specific rules or regulations regarding watercraft usage.

  6. Campsite Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy campsite throughout your stay. Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated receptacles provided by the event organizers. Help us keep the festival area clean and enjoyable for everyone.

  7. Noise and Quiet Hours: Respect your fellow campers and be mindful of noise levels. Quiet hours will be enforced during the designated period to ensure everyone can rest and relax. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

  8. Campsite Security: Take responsibility for the security of your belongings. While every effort will be made to provide a safe environment, the event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. It is recommended to secure valuable belongings and not leave them unattended.

  9. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations: All campers must comply with local laws and regulations, including any specific rules set by the event organizers or campground management. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event or other necessary actions.
