Make the most of your Gulf Coast Fungi Fest experience by staying overnight in our designated camping areas. Whether you’re bringing a tent or an RV/Camper, we’ve got options to suit your needs. Enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from the festival grounds while immersing yourself in the vibrant festival community.

Camping passes must be purchased separately and are not included with festival tickets. A valid festival ticket is also required to access the camping area.

Camping Options and Pricing

1. Tent Camping Pass

• Price: $10 per person
• Details:
  • This pass provides access to the designated camping areas for one person.
  • Ideal for solo campers or groups bringing their own tents.
  • Each individual in your group will need their own camping pass.
  • Price Increase:
    • August 1, 2025: $15 per person
    • October 1, 2025: $20 per person

2. RV/Camper Camping Pass

• Price: $80 per RV/Camper (Good for up to 4 people)
• Details:
  • Allows one RV/Camper to access the designated RV/Camper camping areas.
  • Includes camping access for up to 4 people.
  • Does not include electrical, water, or sewer hookups—plan accordingly.
  • Perfect for families or groups traveling together in an RV/Camper.
  • Price Increase:
    • August 1, 2025: $90 per RV/Camper
    • October 1, 2025: $100 per RV/Camper

What to Expect at the Campsite

Campfires

• Individual campfires are not allowed at any campsite for safety reasons.
• However, we will have two large community campfires where everyone is welcome to gather, relax, and enjoy the company of fellow festival-goers. Firewood will be provided at these community fires.

Amenities Provided

• There will be porta-potties and handwashing stations available for all campers.
• A few hoses are located around the property for general use, but these are limited.

Be Prepared

• Please plan to bring everything you’ll need to ensure a comfortable stay.
• While we strive to provide basic amenities, campers are expected to be self-sufficient.

Parking for Campers

• Parking is free for all campers!

Vehicle Policy – Super Important!

• Vehicles will NOT be allowed at campsites for the duration of the event.
• Vehicles will only be allowed in the camping areas for setup:
  • Starting at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 17, 2025.
  • All vehicles MUST be moved to the designated parking lot by 12:00 PM on the same day.
• Throughout the event, vehicles will remain parked in the parking lot to ensure a safe and peaceful camping environment.
