Vendor Registration – 2025 Gulf Coast Fungi Festival

Welcome to the Vendor Registration page for the 2025 Gulf Coast Fungi Festival! We’re excited to invite you to join our bustling Vendor Village, where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your unique products and services at this highly anticipated event.

Whether you’re selling artisanal goods, delicious food, handmade crafts, educational materials, or anything else, our festival is the perfect platform to connect with a diverse audience. This year, Vendor Village will be open to the public—no festival tickets required—ensuring even greater exposure for your business!

In addition to paying for your registration on this website, all vendors must also complete the Vendor Registration Google Form to finalize their registration.

Vendor Registration Pricing

We encourage you to register early to take advantage of the best pricing. Vendor fees will increase on August 1, 2025, and again on September 1, 2025, so don’t wait!

Vendor Types and Pricing:

  1. Basic Vendor (No Power)

    • Current Price: $100
    • Price Increase on August 1: $110
    • Price Increase on September 1: $120
  2. Power Vendor (Limited Power Access)

    • Current Price: $150
    • Price Increase on August 1: $165
    • Price Increase on September 1: $180
  3. Food Vendor (Generators Allowed)

    • Current Price: $200
    • Price Increase on August 1: $220
    • Price Increase on September 1: $240
    • Note: Food vendors will be allocated more space than the standard 10' x 10' booth and will be placed in a designated Food Vendor area.

What’s Included in Your Vendor Registration?

When you register, you’ll receive:

  • A 10' x 10' booth space for the duration of the festival.
  • Free parking for one vehicle.
  • Your business profile on our website, featuring:
    • Your logo.
    • A description of your products or services.
    • A link to your website or social media.
  • Promotion through our festival’s social media channels to help grow your visibility.

Important Vendor Information

  • Power Access: Limited power is available for Power Vendors. If your booth requires more than average power consumption (e.g., for ovens, heaters, etc.), please contact us directly. Generators are only allowed for food vendors.
  • Vendor Setup:
    • Begins at 8:00 AM on Friday, October 17
    • All vehicles must be moved to the parking lot by 12:00 PM on Friday, October 17
  • Festival Hours:
    • Vendor Village will remain open to the public throughout the festival.
  • Vendor Breakdown:
    • Begins at 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 19
    • Must be completed by 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 19

Camping Information

Please note that vendor registration no longer includes camping. If you would like to camp during the festival, you can purchase a camping pass separately.

Admission Tickets

Vendor registration no longer includes admission tickets to the paid portion of the festival. If you would like to attend the ticketed events, you will need to purchase admission tickets separately.

Additional Details

  • Non-Profit Organizations: Please contact us directly to register at a discounted rate.
  • Vendor Agreement Form: After registering, vendors must complete the Vendor Agreement Form, providing details about their business and products/services. This information will be used to promote your brand on our website and social media platforms.
